وَإِذْ قُلْتُمْ يَا مُوسَى لَن نَّصْبِرَ عَلَىَ طَعَامٍ وَاحِدٍ فَادْعُ لَنَا رَبَّكَ يُخْرِجْ لَنَا مِمَّا تُنبِتُ الأَرْضُ مِن بَقْلِهَا وَقِثَّآئِهَا وَفُومِهَا وَعَدَسِهَا وَبَصَلِهَا قَالَ أَتَسْتَبْدِلُونَ الَّذِي هُوَ أَدْنَى بِالَّذِي هُوَ خَيْرٌ اهْبِطُواْ مِصْراً فَإِنَّ لَكُم مَّا سَأَلْتُمْ وَضُرِبَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ الذِّلَّةُ وَالْمَسْكَنَةُ وَبَآؤُوْاْ بِغَضَبٍ مِّنَ اللَّهِ ذَلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ كَانُواْ يَكْفُرُونَ بِآيَاتِ اللَّهِ وَيَقْتُلُونَ النَّبِيِّينَ بِغَيْرِ الْحَقِّ ذَلِكَ بِمَا عَصَواْ وَّكَانُواْ يَعْتَدُونَ ﴿٦١﴾ 2/Al-Baqarah-sixty one: Va iz kultum yea moosea lan naasbiraa aalea taaeamin veahidin trend’u lanea raabbaka yuhric lanea mimmea tunbitulaardu min baaklihea va kısseaihaa va foomihea va aadasihea va baasaalihea, keala a tastabdiloonallazee huva adnea billazee huva haayr(haayrun), ihbitoo mısraan fa inna lakum mea saaltum va duribat aalayhimuz zillatu val maskanatu va beau bi gaadaabin minaalleah(minaalleahi), zealika bi annahum keanoo yakfuroona bi eayeatilleahi va yaaktuloonan nabiyyeena bi gaayril haak(haakkı), zealika bi mea aasaav va keanoo yaa’tadoon(yaa’tadoona).
وَقَالَ الَّذِينَ اتَّبَعُواْ لَوْ أَنَّ لَنَا كَرَّةً فَنَتَبَرَّأَ مِنْهُمْ كَمَا تَبَرَّؤُواْ مِنَّا كَذَلِكَ يُرِيهِمُ اللّهُ أَعْمَالَهُمْ حَسَرَاتٍ عَلَيْهِمْ وَمَا هُم بِخَارِجِينَ مِنَ النَّارِ ﴿١٦٧﴾ two/Al-Baqarah-167: Va kealallazeenattabaoo lav anna lanea karraatan fa natabarraaa minhum kamea tabarraaoo minnea kazealika yureehimulleahu aa’mealahum haasareatin aalayhim va mea hum bi heariceena minan in close proximity to(neari).
وَلاَ تَأْكُلُواْ أَمْوَالَكُم بَيْنَكُم بِالْبَاطِلِ وَتُدْلُواْ بِهَا إِلَى الْحُكَّامِ لِتَأْكُلُواْ فَرِيقًا مِّنْ أَمْوَالِ النَّاسِ بِالإِثْمِ وَأَنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ ﴿١٨٨﴾ 2/Al-Baqarah-188: Va lea ta’kuloo amvealakum baynakum bil beatılı va tudloo bihea ilal hukkeami li ta’kuloo fareekaan min amvealin neasi bil ismi va antum taa’lamoon(taa’lamoona).
And guard yourselves from each day when no soul will avail Yet another, nor shall payment be approved from him, nor shall intercession be of use to him, nor shall they be assisted. (123)

But Should the just one who may have the obligation is of confined comprehending or weak or unable to dictate himself, then let his guardian dictate in justice. And convey to witness two witnesses from among your Guys. And if you'll find not two Adult men [offered], then a man and two Ladies from These whom you settle for as witnesses - making sure that if on the list of Girls errs, then the other can remind her. And let not the witnesses refuse when they are referred to as upon. And don't be [far too] weary to put in writing it, whether it's modest or huge, for its [specified] time period. That is definitely much more just from the sight of Allah and stronger as evidence plus much more likely to stop doubt amongst you, besides when it truly is a right away transaction which you perform among the yourselves. For [then] there isn't any blame upon you if you do not write it. And choose witnesses when you conclude a deal. Allow no scribe be harmed or any witness. For if you do so, indeed, it is [grave] disobedience in you. And panic Allah. And Allah teaches you. And Allah is Realizing of all items.
